Welcome to Moudy’s Massages & Nails. By accessing our website, booking our services, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. General Information

  • Moudy’s Massages & Nails is located at 65 Caledon St, Somerset West.
  • Our services include massage treatments, manicure, pedicure, and related beauty therapies.

2. Bookings & Appointments

  • All treatments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or the website booking form.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure full use of your treatment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time, but the full fee will still apply.

3. Payments

  • Prices are displayed on our website and in-store.
  • We accept cash, EFT, or other payment methods as advised in the salon.
  • Full payment is required at the end of your treatment session.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients are required to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.
  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant clients or clients with specific medical conditions.
  • Moudy’s Massages & Nails will not be held liable for adverse reactions if full disclosure has not been provided.

6. Liability

  • While all treatments are carried out with the utmost care, services are provided at the client’s own risk.
  • Moudy’s Massages & Nails is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises, except where caused by negligence.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to process bookings and provide treatments.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Website Use

  • Unauthorized reproduction of content, images, or logos is prohibited.
